We are pleased to welcome a new and important member to our Advisory Board.
Gerald is currently the managing director of SSV Schadenschutzverbands GmbH in Hannover. SSV Schadenschutzverband GmbH is a subsidiary of HDI Versicherung and thus belongs to Talanx, Germany’s third largest insurance group.
Through the handling of approx. 25,000 claims annually in HDI’s own network of partner garages and the provision of approx. 60,000 services in the area of motor vehicle claims settlement, Gerald brings important know-how to the optimisation of the development of kasko2go.
His additional tasks and responsibilities include the further development of innovation management and the establishment of trend scouting in the areas of business process automation, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, automated image recognition and digitalisation in the field of motor claims.
After studying economics at Leibniz University in Hanover and CalPoly in Pomona, USA, Gerald was able to expand his wealth of experience and leadership skills through assignments at various insurance companies in the areas of controlling, business analytics and project management.
